Turn Now Ten Times the More

As your hearts have been disposed to stray from God,
turn now ten times the more to seek Him;
for He who has brought disaster upon you will,
in saving you, bring you back enduring joy.
BARUCH 4:28-29

Fear not! Remember, You were sold not for your destruction; it was because you angered God that you were handed over to your foes. For you provoked your Maker with sacrifices to demons, to no-gods; You forsook the Eternal God who nourished you, and you grieved who fostered you. (Bar 4:5-8)

Fear not, call out to God! He who brought this upon you will remember you (Bar 4:27). For the Lord hears the poor, and His own who are in bonds He spurns not (Ps 69:34).

Thus says the Lord: Lo, I will rescue my people from the land of the rising sun, and from the land of the setting sun. I will bring them back to dwell within Jerusalem. They shall be my people, and I will be their God, with faithfulness and justice. (Zec 8:7-8)

Jesus said, "Behold, I have given you the power ‘to tread upon serpents’ and scorpions and upon the full force of the enemy and nothing will harm you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice because the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice because your names are written in heaven.”  (Lk 10:19-20)

Let this be written for the generation to come, and let His future creatures praise the Lord: “The Lord looked down from His holy height, from heaven He beheld the earth, to hear the groaning of the prisoners, to release those doomed to die" (Ps 102:19-21).

“See, you lowly ones, and be glad; you who seek God, may your hearts revive! Let the heavens and the earth praise Him, the seas and whatever moves in them!” For God will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah. They shall dwell in the land and own it, and the descendants of His servants shall inherit it, and those who love His name shall inhabit it. (Ps 69:33,35-37)

The nations shall revere Your name, O Lord, and all the kings of the earth Your glory, when the Lord has rebuilt Zion and appeared in His glory; when He has regarded the prayer of the destitute, and not despised their prayer (Ps 102:16-18).
